Simply click on Get Started to sign up and request vehicles. Just tell us what vehicle you want and where you want it delivered to, and a driveBLACKTIE concierge will deliver the fresh vehicle detailed and with a full tank of gas. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect car for any occasion.
What is included in a driveBLACKTIE Subscription?
Every driveBLACKTIE subscription includes rights to access a fleet of vehicles, insurance coverage, maintenance, ownership taxes, license plates, and coverage of all other routine costs of car ownership. The driveBLACKTIE concierge team delivers hand-detailed vehicles to the destination of your choice at the time of your request. All maintenance and repair efforts are taken care of by our in-house team so that you can enjoy the fun of driving without the hassle. Each plan affords you flexibility with monthly mile and ‘flip’ allotments that best suit your needs.
Is there a mileage limit?

As a driver, you are responsible for any incidents or accidents while a vehicle is in your possession.
How long can I keep a vehicle?
There are no restrictions on how long or how short your flips may be. Occasionally, when a vehicle has been with a member for many weeks, we may request to return the vehicle for a short period so that we may perform the routine and necessary tasks of preventive maintenance in order to maintain the quality of our fleet. If this were to happen, we would flip you into a fresh vehicle of your choice with the freedom to return to your original choice. Historically, most of our members flip several times a month and enjoy doing so!
How do I join driveBLACKTIE?
Get Started and fill out the form. Follow the instructions to sign up. You will need to provide your name, phone number, email address, a photo of your driver’s license, and your credit/debit card information. We will verify your information and check your driving history. We may need to speak with you during that process. In most cases, we can approve an application within one business day. We will then contact you to get you started and schedule your first flip!

Today, driveBLACKTIE is live in St. Louis, MO. If you’re outside of St, Louis, sign up for news and updates and we will let you know when we arrive in your city.

If you live outside the service area, we can help you find a convenient place to flip within the service area. However, we do restrict service to members to a home address within a 50-mile radius of our operational center in Maplewood. What should I do with my old vehicle?

What is the driveBLACKTIE activation fee?
The driveBLACKTIE activation fee is required for all new driveBLACKTIE memberships. The fee is non-refundable and charged when your first delivery is scheduled. You can view the activation fee pricing here.
Are pets allowed in vehicles?
We do allow pets in the vehicles, but they must be transported in a crate. It is better for the car and safer for your furry friend!
What happens if my vehicle needs repair?
Our goal is that you will never have to worry about maintenance or repair issues. If something unforeseen occurs, we will simply just deliver a fresh vehicle to you and bring the other vehicle back to our service facility.
What happens if I get into an accident?
First, make sure that everyone is safe, get your vehicle to a safe place, exchange information with the other parties and notify the police. Once the situation is stabilized, call us. We will bring you a fresh vehicle and handle everything with respect to the vehicle involved in the incident.
How do I schedule a flip?
While we only require flip requests by 2:00 pm the day before, the best experience is to book a few days in advance.
Booking a vacation? Go ahead and book your flip too. Need something tomorrow? Don’t stress, we always have options available for you!
Where can I find the insurance card?
View a digital version of your insurance card under Your current ride on the home screen of your driveBLACKTIE app. Hard copies of the insurance card can also be found in the glovebox.
What about gas?
All driveBLACKTIE cars are delivered with a full tank of gas. If you flip a vehicle without a full tank, your concierge will refill the vehicle and add the charge to your account following your flip. We only charge the market rate for gas, so there is no extra charge to you!
When is payment due?
A valid credit card is required during sign up. Your first payment will be charged when we confirm delivery of your first vehicle. Subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis, in advance. Any additional charges for gas or upgrades will be charged as soon as the flip ends.
What is the minimum commitment to driveBLACKTIE?
driveBLACKTIE is a monthly subscription service. Pay for the first 31 days and give it a try. If you like it, your subscription will renew automatically monthly after the first period. If you ever want to cancel, just let us know and we will end your subscription with as little as 30-days’ notice!
Can I move between the different plans?
Yes, members can move between plans at any time. Your monthly subscription fee will be prorated. We require that members moving to a lower rated plan have been on their current plan for at least one month.
Can I upgrade/downgrade to different tiers?
Absolutely! You have full access to upgrade or downgrade to any tier on either a daily or monthly basis. This allows you maximum flexibility to have the perfect vehicle for every occasion and ensure that you are staying within your budget.
Can anyone else drive the vehicle?
Yes, eligible drivers may be registered as Additional Drivers and added to the member’s account.
Are members responsible for their driveBLACKTIE car?
Yes, we expect our members to take care of driveBLACKTIE vehicles as if they owned them. Please drive responsibly, keep your vehicle clean, and let us know of any minor dings or spills.
